Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00) Description: 2Y/1ST TIMERS - LDRP RN - Req 9372*8 This is an LDRP position. This nurse will care for mother and baby during all phases of OB care. We use Epic as our EMR. NRP is required. Flex to other units to assist with roles all nurses can perform. Weekends required: Yes Variable weekends, typically every other Expected ratios: 1:1, 1:2, 1:4 Patient Age Groups: Neonates, Infants, Adults Number of Rooms: 3 Interdisciplinary Support: Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, Interpretation Services, Phlebotomy, Radiology, Social Services, Rapid Response Teams, Pharmacy Patient Diagnoses: PIHNAS Special Procedures/Unit Details: wireless fetal monitoringJADA device for PPHRN will cover all areas of OB including newborn care Special Equipment: - Valid MT or Compact RN license (required at time of submission) 50 mile local radius Local rule: accepted at lower BR Return Providence Staff must wait 3 months before submitting as traveler For candidates on 48-hour schedules, OT after 48 hours in a week References Required: 2 Supervisory References covering 1 year (6 months for CNAs) within last 3 years during the compliance process and prior to start. Can include Charge RNs/Lead Modules: • Modules are non-billable, average 16 hours spent. • Over 20 hours requires PM approval • Modules are completed pre-start, and annually • Time spent on modules is self-reported, completion is recorded in Workramp transcripts
