Required Skills: Please ask amount & frequency of specified cases below • Neuro/ENTspine Surgeries: Laminectomies, ALIFs, Fusions & Discectomies • Cranial Surgeries: Tumors, AVMs/Aneurysms (Not required), VP shunts, Subdural, EVDs (DOES NOT need to know how to set the system up) • ENT: Neck dissections with flaps; Sinus Surgery (Stealth Navigation); Basic ENT (Tonsils); Tympanoplasty; Cochlear (Not required) • Navigation: Medtronic (Cranial & Spine); Medtronic Stealth (ENT); Stryker & Synaptive Navigation (Cranial) • Orthopedic Fractures, Anterior Hips, Total Joints, Ortho Spine, Hand/Podiatry • Equipment: Hanna Table • General Breasts/Plastics; Vascular; Laparoscopic; General Oncology; Genitourinary (GU); Gynecology (GYN); Robots (XI) *We do not train Agency on Robots unless a strong background and will be here for more than 1 contract*

Charting System/Equipment • EPIC • Alaris • Pyxis
Floating • Cross trained to General Main OR specialty (regardless of hiring position) and Urology center • NO floating to other hospitals/sites
Orientation: • 1-1.5 weeks depending on Team and shift: (Subject to change based on unit needs)
Scheduling: • Days: Variable start times (Anywhere between 5:30am-7am • PMs: Would depend on what position is being hired for (would be stated in hiring req) • Weekend Rotation: N/A • Holidays: If agency wants more information, please contact hiring supervisor • Holiday weeks: Agency can work 4(10hr) shifts OR take the Holiday unpaid
On Call • 30-minute response time • 8 weeks call schedule- Subject to change based on staffing needs (could be less than suggested below)
General/Neuro/Ortho AMs • EOS call: 8-10 slots (EOS: End of shift) • 2230-0700: 1-2 slots • Weekend Call: 1-2 weekends (shift depends on specialty)
Other Notes • Scrub Color: Surgical scrubs are provided by hospital; scrub caps are allowed but need to be covered by a surgical bouffant • Parking: Free parking available; Shuttle provided for teammates to/from parking structure • Food: Starbucks & Cafeteria on campus • No Call rooms available
