Shift: 3x12s or 4x12 nights 7PM-7AM
Ratios: • ICU: 1 : 1/2 • MST 1 : 4/5
Years of experience REQ: 2 Years First-timers accepted: Yes Weekend REQ: Yes, every other weekend Certs & License: Active, unrestricted, Arizona RN License or valid, participating compact license- Required. Can submit with pending. BLS, ACLS, NIHSS- Required On-Call: NONE Floating Requirements: Yes, traveler must be open to floating where most needed. MS Tele and ICU are the main units where the traveler will be floated. Blocked Scheduling: Depending on unit needs, but unit manager will consider. Locals accepted: Yes RTO Restrictions: Unit manager s approval required. Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week, facility is allowed to call off 6x throughout a 13-week assignment. Special Requirements: Traveler will be working in a flex pool Looking for well-rounded travelers who are open to floating where most needed. ICU/PCU experience would be great but will consider candidates with strong MS/tele experience. Standard med surg/tele equipment The units have Liko lifts in almost all patient rooms.

FLOATING: • ICU travelers are expected to be able to float to MS/Tele units as needed for staffing, must be comfortable with ratios of 1:4-5 on MS/Tele units
Looking for an ICU RN who also has PCU and/or MS/tele work history. Candidate must be flexible and willing to be a team player.
RTO - We can auto approve 5 days of RTO or less for all ICU, MS/TELE, PCU specialties as long as it does not fall on a holiday. Anything outside of this will require facility approval. Candidate MUST WORK 2 out of 3 holidays. Holiday dates include: New Year s Day, Memorial Day Weekend, 4th Of July Weekend, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year s Day. No RTO allowed during the first week of a traveler's assignment due to orientation.
Candidates may float within hospital or to an affiliate hospital nearby - Please refer to the job description for floating details. It is common for travelers to float to other units based on their skill sets and based on census. Candidate must be comfortable floating based on the job description with no restrictions or special requests.
Travel Pairs - ER UNIT DOES NOT ACCEPT TRAVEL PAIRS, allowed on all other units. Please make sure to call out travel pairs at time of submission.
References: Can be submitted with pending. Two professional references required prior to start. One must be from the most recent employer checked within 1 year of start. The second reference may be checked within two years of start.
Charting Exp Required - Cerner is most common. Please review the specific job posting for details.
