Compliance document deadline is two Friday s before starting (10 days prior to start). Client prefers that travelers only request one holiday bundle max (holiday bundles include: Block 1: Thanksgiving & the day after; Block 2: Christmas Eve & Christmas Day 5 ; Block 3: NYE & NYD ; however if the traveler requires more than this, RTO will be requested upon offer. No RTO can be requested during the first 7 days of the contract or on the last day of the contract. If traveler can cut their RTO down to just 7 days or less for all units (except for PCU, which is RTO 10 days or less), and there are no major holidays included, then AM can automatically approve RTO without asking the client and speed up the offer process. Please encourage clinician to cut RTO down to 7 days or less to speed up process if possible. Otherwise RTO will be requested upon offer. Facility will NOT accept marketing submissions, even if they are a return traveler and the unit manager reached out to them and asked them to return.
