HPMC ER: Level 2 trauma facility, 22 Bed Unit. 2 years of ER experience required in ER's from like sized HCF and ED's. NO BLOCK SCHEDULE. Ratios: 3-4:1. BLS, ACLS, PALS, & NIHSS required. TNCC & ENPC preferred. Prior travel preferred. High acuity ED with complex patients. EMR: Epic. DEGREE ACCREDITATION MUST BE ON PROFILE or MUST HAVE 5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE.
Radius Rule 50 miles from perm address. FLOATING REQUIRED- Travelers are first to float, possibly float to other sister campuses as well. ALL RTO or SCHEDULE REQUESTS must be on submission- HCF will not be approving RTO or schedule requests after submission. Culture is VERY important here. Travelers are welcomed into the units and are expected to function as core staff does. Hard document deadline is Monday prior to start. No exceptions for pending docs.
