Key Responsibilities: • Provide direct patient care in accordance with healthcare facility policies and procedures. • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. • Maintain accurate patient medical records and documentation. • Adhere to infection control standards and other regulatory requirements. • Educate patients and their families on healthcare plans and treatments.

Shift: Nights 19-0730 Top Diagnosis/Procedures: RDS, hypoglycemia, prematurity, r/o sepsis, TTN Special Procedures done on unit: Circumcisions, picc line remove, help with LP, help eye exams Common Medications: Iron, vitiman infusion, caffiene, antibiotics Common Equipment: ventilators, giraffe beds, feeding pumps, iv pumps May be required to float depending on census - float to MCH, postpartdum, newborm nursey, float to be a sitter for the house
