HARDSTOP OUTPATIENT CLINIC EXPERIENCE
Unit Details
Patient Age Groups : Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics
Patient Diagnoses : We provide Outpatient PT services to patients primarily ages adolescent and up for a variety of conditions, including but not limited to orthopedics, post op ortho, ortho spine, neurological conditions (CVA, MS, Parkinson's), vestibular, falls/balance, persistent pain, and pelvic health
Special Procedures/Unit Details : WE have 45 min evaluation and treatment slots and build chart time into the schedules. We provide 1:1 care and do not double book.
HARDSTOP IF THE CLINICIAN DOES NOT HAVE OUTPATIENT EXPERIENCE, DO NOT PASS CLINICIAN. THE MANAGER IS ABSOLUTELY REQUIRING OUTPATIENT CLINIC EXPERIENCE. IF NO OUTPATIENT EXPERIENCE PLEASE SCREEN AND CALL OUT FOR MANAGER TO DECIDE IF THEY WILL CONSIDER. THANK YOU.

PLEASE NOTE - Must have a vehicle for this assignment!
If required for the assignment, Client agrees to supply Providers with communication devices (i.e. cell phone, pager, etc.) needed to perform the duties as assigned at no cost to Provider or Agency. If Client does not provide a mobile phone required for the assignment, Client agrees to pay Agency monthly, for all work-related cell phone use by each Provider, up to a maximum amount of $50.00 as invoiced by Agency. Providers will be responsible for submitting monthly cell phone bill directly to Agency.
