The Telemetry Nurse monitors and interprets rhythms, monitors patient's hemodynamic statuses, administers prescribed cardiac medications and Telemetry approved drips. The Telemetry Nurse is expected to recognize and assist patients in shock or those with other, life threatening, complications.
Minimum 2 years experience required. First time travelers are welcome.

EPIC experience REQUIRED.
P/F Testing: All RNs, regardless of specialty, are required to pass an EKG exam during compliance. The candidate is allowed 2 attempts at a Pass/Fail requirement. Study material is not provided so please plan accordingly.
Modules: • Modules are non-billable, average 2-4 hours • Modules are completed during orientation, not included in NBO • Module hours are unit based, hours will vary
