3xor 4xNIGHTS 7p-7a, weekdays, every other weekend, float
Pre/Post Op surgical cardiovascular patients and medical cardiac patients who require progressive care/monitoring. Vascular patients, amputations, detox patients
Orientation/Start Date: held every other week on Thursday
Experience Required: 2 Years
Patient Ratios: 1:4 (We have a goal of a ratio. Stretch ratio is . We also have LPNs that work the unit. So you could have your 4 or 5 patients plus cover LPNs. Depending on weather, call ins, state of emergencies etc.. the ratios may change.)
