• Minimum of s PERMANENT experience in SPECIALTY applying for prior to travel.
• Must have a PERMANENT Ohio license in hand at time of submission.
• Required certifications need to be ACTIVE with nothing pending.
• ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required. Traveler will receive 2 attempts maximum to pass, otherwise will be canceled.
• EFFECTIVE 9/: Nurses and CSTs are EXEMPT from Nicotine Free Facility Requirements. Exemption is temporary and will be honored until further notice. All other travelers (aside from Nurses and CSTs) MUST BE NICOTINE FREE - Negative Panel + Nicotine (Cotinine) Drug screen required within s of start. Must be updated annually.
• Badging and Fingerprinting: Candidates will need to pick up their badge and complete onsite fingerprints at the facility prior to their start date. This can be done as soon as all required modules are completed.
• Modules are completed pre-start and annually, and vary by specialty.
